Explanation Of Commission
Full-Time (8 hours a day 5 days a week) quota: $1500/day, $7,500/week
- Commission Option 1:
- first $1,000 in sales at 12.5% commission, and
- $1,000-$3000 in sales at 15% commission, and
- 17.5% commission anything beyond $3,000
- Commission / Base Pay Option 2:
- $7.50 an hour base pay
- 10% commission
