Hours / Environment / Pay
Full-Time Position: Monday-Friday, Saturday* (Approximately 40 hours)
An outdoor environment working with a team that has a positive and collaborative work culture.
$20-24 base — increase your wage through our piece work system
Responsibilities and Duties (Day-to-Day Activities Included)
- Clean windows, screens, and frames using appropriate tools and training techniques
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ensure the safety of yourself and others while working with equipment
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of services performed
- Be able to quickly and efficiently manage your time and work
Qualification and Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to work on ladders and lift heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license and transportation is preferred
Skills that you will learn
We will provide training to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role.
- Attention to detail: Window cleaning requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure that all windows are cleaned thoroughly and to a high standard.
- Time management: Window cleaning is often performed on a schedule, so you will learn how to manage your time effectively to complete jobs on time and meet customer expectations.
- Customer service: As a window cleaning worker, you will interact with customers on a regular basis, and you will learn how to provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Problem-solving: You will learn how to solve problems quickly and effectively to ensure that the job is completed to the highest standard possible.
- Relationship skills: As part of our student-run business you will have the opportunity to forge new friendships while honing your teamwork skills to accomplish common goals. You’ll also learn how to manage client/customer relationships.
