Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven salesperson to join our window business team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and have excellent communication skills. They should also have a keen eye for detail and be committed to delivering quality service to our customers.

Pay
Base pay + commission-based pay on each job sold. Please reach out if you have questions in regards to pay.
Hours / Environment
An outdoor environment working with a team that has a positive and collaborative work culture.
Part-Time Position: Monday-Friday, Saturday* (Roughly 20 hours)
- Part-time positions will often require availability in the evenings
Full-Time Position: Monday-Friday, Saturday* (Roughly 40 hours)
Responsibilities and Duties (Day-to-Day Activities Included)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals, including door to door sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Participate in various sales strategies such as social media marketing, advertising, and, most importantly the art of cold calling and door knocking
Qualification and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous sales experience is an asset
- Valid driver's license and transportation
Skills that you will learn
- Communication skills: As a salesperson, you will need to communicate effectively with potential customers, understand their needs and preferences, and explain the benefits of your products or services.
- Negotiation Skills: Sales often involve negotiating with customers to reach mutually agreeable terms. You will learn how to use persuasive techniques and compromise to reach a deal that benefits both you and the customer.
- Time Management: Salespeople need to manage their time effectively to meet sales goals, prioritize tasks, and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
- Relationship building: Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and the team is essential in sales. You will learn how to cultivate relationships with customers, listen to their feedback, and provide excellent customer service. You will also gain experience using a customer relationship software (CRM) system.
- Adaptability: Sales is an ever-changing field, and you will need to be able to adapt to changes in the market and season, shifts in customer preferences, and new sales strategies and techniques. You will learn how to be flexible, adaptable, and open to new ideas and approaches.
- Leadership: As Wonder Seller there is the opportunity to be a lead sales representative and manage a team window cleaners.
