Location North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Deep Cove, Kitsilano / Point Grey, East Vancouver, Burnaby, and Surrey. Expansion areas coming soon.
Role Summary Wonder Sellers are responsible for generating new business by speaking directly with homeowners. This role is perfect for students who want to build confidence, communication skills, and sales experience while earning hourly pay plus performance-based commissions. You will work outdoors, engage with people daily, and be part of a motivated student team.

Hours and Environment • Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) or full-time (approximately 40 hours per week) • Evening availability often required • Outdoor, high-energy work environment
Responsibilities • Speak with homeowners and introduce Window Wonders’ services • Book jobs and answer customer questions • Track leads and sales in our CRM system • Participate in door-to-door outreach and local marketing efforts • Work closely with cleaners and managers to ensure smooth service delivery
Skills and Qualifications • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Confidence speaking with new people • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • Previous sales experience is an asset but not required • Driver’s license and access to transportation preferred
