Role Summary Wonder Washer are the backbone of Window Wonders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants to be part of a student-led team with real growth opportunities. You will work in small teams cleaning residential windows, interacting directly with customers, and representing a five-star brand. No prior experience is required — full training is provided.

Hours, Environment, and Pay • Full-time position, Monday to Friday with optional Saturdays (approximately 40 hours per week) • Outdoor, active work environment • $22/hour starting wage with opportunities to increase earnings through performance
Responsibilities • Clean interior and exterior windows, screens, and frames using professional equipment • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers • Confirm job expectations before starting and ensure satisfaction before leaving • Use Jobber software to manage jobs and updates • Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols • Work efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail
Skills and Qualifications • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders • Friendly, respectful, and customer-focused • Ability to work independently and in a team • Driver’s license and access to transportation preferred
