Role Summary Manager Operators oversee the day-to-day operations of a Window Wonders team. You will manage people, schedules, customers, and performance while working closely with the founders. This role provides full accountability, real responsibility, and meaningful business exposure.
Responsibilities • Lead and manage window cleaners and sales associates • Oversee scheduling, invoicing, and customer communication • Track performance metrics and hit weekly and monthly targets • Maintain service quality and a five-star customer reputation • Work directly with founders on growth and operational initiatives
